British American Tobacco Australasian Plant, Pagewood, Sydney, to be Redeveloped
PLANS for a $56 million rebuild of British American Tobacco’s Australasian plant in Pagewood, Sydney, have been approved.
Much of the existing plant will be demolished and replaced with a smaller facility, according to the AFR.
Some 60 per cent of the 16.5 hectare site will be sold for residential and commercial redevelopment.
