North Port Hotel sold for $2.75m
The Port Melbourne pub for years until recently known as Albion Hotel – now North Port – has sold for $2.75 million.
At 146 Evans Street, opposite Howe Reserve – the holding is a block from Port Melbourne Football Club’s North Port Oval, a site planned to be a community activity precinct as part of Fisherman’s Bend, Australia’s biggest urban renewal project.
It is also at a stop for the 109 tram which connects Port Melbourne to the CBD, about five kilometres away, then to Box Hill.
For sale with a long lease, North Port Hotel sold to an investor.
It sits on a 491 square metre site at the north east corner of Raglan Street, with a third frontage to a council laneway.
Colliers International’s Guy Wells and Dave Walker were the marketing agents.
