Healthcare groups lease Preston offices
Healthcare groups have leased two Preston properties.
At 21-27 Railway Place West, Seven Hats Psychology has signed an initial five year agreement for a mansion-converted-office abutting St John’s Orthodox College, also the landlord and former occupier.
Starting annual rent for the 230 square metre space is $55,000 ex-GST and outgoings.
On 1152 sqm, the offering also includes 17 parking bays.
Seven Hats will relocate from a 96 sqm space with two car parks in High St, Thornbury – the neighbouring suburb – speculated to have cost c$30,000 per annum.
“The prime inner north location coupled with the need to expand their practice and the terrific access to the Western Ring Road and Citylink made this Preston property an ideal fit,” NSL Property Group’s Guy Naselli, said (story continues below).
