Film & TV Executive Ted Gregory Pays $1 Million For Port Melbourne Apartment

Mr Gregory, whose production company Digital Pictures helped developed the Hollywood movie Charlotte’s Web, will move to the 3-bedroom, 6th level apartment, currently under construction in Bay Street.

Amongst his neighbours is Grammy Award nominated musician DJ Dirty South, who paid about $1.5 million to buy into the unique Bianca building in March.

When not making movies, Mr Gregory works in television, and has helped film some of the State’s biggest shows including Underbelly, Canal Road and City Homicide.

He said he chose Bianca because of its proximity to his office, the beach, shops and restaurants. The complex is being developed on the former Teac factory in Bay Street.
