Central Bendigo Buildings Relisted For Sale
An inner-city residential apartment complex is also an option, according to council.
The relisting comes two years after council failed to sell the sites to a Melbourne builder, who was proposing a $25 million hotel-based redevelopment.
“Council is open to ideas from developers and investors interested in developing opportunities in the Bendigo CBD and we expect to receive good interest in this land,” said City of Greater Bendigo’s Director – City Futures, Stan Liacos.
Council’s commercial development manager Rachel Lee is managing the sale campaign.
