Clarence Property is spending $14.4 million on a Richlands industrial development site.
At 18 Macgregor Place, at the south east corner of Boundary Road, the 1.38 hectare holding comes permit ready for a 7683 square metre logistics facility (artist’s impression, top)
The buyer will develop the office/warehouse speculatively while seeking a tenant.
The structure will include a high-bay warehouse, six on-grade container height electric doors, ESFR (Early Suppression Fast Response) fire sprinkling system and covered awnings.
It will be surrounded by hardstand for easy truck maneuverability, and storage.
Within the Metroplex Estate, the land is near occupiers including Allied Pickfords, Coca Cola, Coles, Iron Mountain and Target (story continues below).
