Denis Walter lists historic Newtown home
Singer and radio commentator Denis Walter with wife Annette have listed a historic Geelong home.
The Federation Tandara, at the corner of Shannon Avenue and Noble Street, Newtown, was developed just over a century ago and includes five bedrooms, home theatre and pool.
Barry Plant Highton’s Tony Slack is expecting more than $1.1 million.
It is a sale by set date campaign.
The vendors, who have lived there for 23 years, will relocate to a modern home in the area (story continues below).
Ms Walter manages a local salon, in Aberdeen St, Geelong West.
