Developer fills business park after spec warehouse deals

Frasers recently secured Kinrise to a Keysborough office/warehouse.

Elite Property Group has built out and, now, fully leased a Melbourne business park.

The local builder secured two tenants – BSG Distribution and TVH – to two office/warehouses, 216 and 224 Atlantic Drive, Keysborough.

Developed speculatively and just reaching practical completion, the combined area is just over 3800 square metres.

Seven more buildings in the Elite estate, construction of which started just before COVID, are also occupied.

The deals comes three weeks since we reported Centuria renewed truck giant Iveco to a Keysborough office/warehouse (story continues below).

Iveco occupies a Keysborough office/warehouse owned by Centuria.

Also this year, ethical food group Kinrise, led by Raphael Geminder, the son-in-law of late Visy executive Richard Pratt, committed to a 6789 sqm office/warehouse in the suburb.

Again in Atlantic Dve (but 78), that property is held by Frasers Property Industrial.

Keysborough is about 27 kilometres south east of Melbourne’s CBD.
