Dexus locks in another Melbourne pre-commitment
Dexus has secured another pre-commitment at its massive Horizon Ravenhall estate, west of Melbourne, also home to a landmark Amazon warehouse.
Ingredient and bakery goods supplier, Allied Pinnacle, already based in the area, will move into the 11,800 square metre facility.
The warehouse will contain a high 16 metre clearance in both freezer and cool room.

The deal comes a year since the landlord outlaid over $100m for a 46ha block in Riding Boundary Road, diagonally adjacent to Horizon Ravenhall (also once known as the Horizon 3023 estate).
Amazon committed to its 37,000 sqm distribution centre there in 2020.
