Growth corridor site trades between developers
All Aged Care has sold a low density housing estate site surrounded by near-new communities, at Logan Reserve.
The not for profit is banking $21.275 million for the 7.2 hectare tract, 336-354 Chambers Road.
Circa 150 dwellings would be permitted given the zoning which encourages small lots.
All essential services are available.
The buyer is an entity sharing the same address with Brisbane townhouse developer, AR Group (story continues below).
JLL’s Jack Burrowes and Liam Peterson with BRIO Property’s Ben McGrath were the agents.
Logan Reserve is about 34 klometres south of Brisbane’s CBD; it sits in the City of Logan, one of the country’s fastest growing municipalities.
The Chambers Rd parcel is near a CFMG Capital bought in 2019 to expand the Middleton Park housing estate.
