Logistics giant expands at Melbourne Airport

Texco will deliver the 22,000 square metre Cope facility.

Cope Sensitive Freight has leased a major facility at Melbourne Airport, 16 kilometres north west of town.

Construction of the 22,000 square metre office/warehouse is scheduled for completion next year.

Industrial design consultancy Texco will deliver it.

Cope occupies a neighbouring facility – 113 Sky Rd – in the pocket often referred to as Tullamarine (story continues below).

Also today, we are reporting AFL Max is coming to Melbourne Airport.

Melbourne Airport Corporation is its landlord.

Also today, we are reporting the state’s first AFL Max – an indoor entertainment and education centre – is earmarked for a Melbourne Airport site near URBNSURF and the Essendon Football Club High Performance Centre.
