Lombard Building Sells For $9 Million
In May, developer and investor David Marriner paid the Church of Scientology $8.5 million for its outgoing, historic headquarters, on the north-east corner of Flinders Lane and Russell Street. He has since proposed a major 25-level hotel with ground floor shops and strata offices – sure to block views from the prestigious 101 Collins Street, and the Grand Hyatt hotel next door.
