Manheim Auctions expands in Moorebank
Manheim Auctions has rented a Moorebank warehouse opposite another it already occupies.
The Atlanta based company which turns 75 this year will use the 5978 square metre Moorebank Avenue facility as a surplus yard and warehouse space for its Truck, Machinery and Industrial division.
CBRE’s Tom Rourke, Adam Tressider and Moshe Greengarten marketed the property.
On the south west corner of Helles Avenue, also opposite Goodman’s Moorebank Distribution Centre, it has housed a McGrath Motor Group car service centre and paint shop.
Moorebank is about 27 kilometres south west of the Sydney CBD.
