Up the street, at 119-135 Thompson Avenue, Woolworths is redeveloping the Boomerang Caravan Park as a $20 million shopping centre with 14 specialty stores. However a relatively new project in Cowes – the All Seasons Phillip Island Eco Resort at 2128 Phillip Island Road– was recently listed for sale after going into receivership.
