Toll signs Melbourne, Brisbane office lease deals
Toll Group, which sold to Allegro Funds in 2021, has leased two city offices.
In the most significant deal, in Melbourne, the group will relocate its headquarters to The GPT Group’s 530 Collins Street – years ago, the ASX building.
All up the commitment covers a 3485 square metre floor.
The group will move in later this year.
“The consolidation solution will deliver the Toll team an exciting and highly sustainable workplace environment with all staff accommodated over a single…floor in a flexible new environment focused on a high level of staff amenity,” Actum’s Andrew Tracey, who represented the tenant, said.
Toll has dual headquarters – in Australia and Japan.

Midtown deal
Meanwhile Toll Transport has leased a 1538 sqm office at 144 Edward St, Brisbane (pictured, top).
The deal, covering levels seven and eight, is the biggest relocation transaction in the city’s midtown precinct for 12 months, according to Colliers’ Harry Price.
Precision Group is the landlord.
