Vacant west Sydney office/warehouse collects $13.1m

Seven offers from occupiers came in for 2-4 Marigold Street.

Another prominent Revesby commercial real estate asset is changing hands.

StorHub paid $40.7 million for 128 Milperra Road last year.

The vacant two level office/warehouse on 4256 square metres at 2-4 Marigold Street, on the south west corner of busy Milperra Road, collected $13.1 million following an expressions of interest campaign closing February which yielded seven owner-occupier offers.

The vendor paid $7.8m in mid-2020.

At the time, it was leased to roll cage and trolley manufacturer and distributor Anteck Industries.

It was later tenanted to car rental group Sixt.

The deal comes nine months since Singapore’s StorHub outlaid $40.68m for a self-storage facility previously occupied by rival Wilson Storage on 7714 sqm at 128 Milperra Rd – two blocks east of 2-4 Marigold St.

Revesby is 22 kilometres south west of Sydney’s CBD (story continues below).

Another Revesby deal

At one of the suburb’s busiest traffic intersections, the Marigold St building contains 2880 sqm, with high quality offices and male/female amenities.

The warehouse rises up to eight metres, accessed via four container high roller doors.

There are also six undercover car parks and 20 around the site perimeter.

Savills’ Alex Jaafar and Nick Crothers with Colliers’ Harrison Joes and Angus Urquhart were the agents.
