Last month in Camberwell, the Sisters of Nazareth listed for sale a 2.6 hectare slice of its Nazareth House aged care facility in Cornell Street. Colliers International’s Peter Bremner, who is marketing that property exclusively, is expecting that land to fetch about $20 million.
